My name is Adesumbo Ogunnaike, and I am the Nigerian born creative designer behind the Afro inspired pieces you will find here at Adeoricloset.
I wanted to create stylish pieces infused with bold prints influenced from West African textiles. I believe the modern woman can feel beautiful whilst expressing themselves with these textiles.
My goal is to celebrate my culture through the medium of fashion. I am based out of Chicago where I create the styles and choose the textiles and all pieces are handmade.
ADEORI in Yoruba language( Nigeria), means the “crown of your head”, which I interpret as celebrating your inner beauty through fashion.
