Special Service Area #31 – Servicing areas on Clark, Damen, Lawrence, Montrose, Wilson and along the Ravenswood corridor. Kevin Swallow is a Ravenswood-based artist who captures the urban landscape through bold, abstract paintings. His open studio during RAW will feature work inspired by architecture, cityscapes, and aging infrastructure—rooftop water tanks, steel bridges, elevated train tracks, and industrial-era buildings. In 2025, he celebrates 30 years of making art.
