Kathy Rojina
As the Asset and Operations Manager, Kathy Rojina oversees the residential and commercial holdings of Hayes Properties.
Leading the rehab and revitalization of industrial buildings in the Ravenswood Corridor, Kathy assists in the development of commercial offices, studios, and event spaces.
A specialist in site selection, research, zoning and tax increment agreements, municipal approvals, and funding security, Kathy brings a wealth of knowledge to the GRCC board.
